For best results, we recommend taking the Detox System Cleanse at the same time as Garcinia Cambogia. After you finish the Detox Cleanse (which lasts 15 days), you will continue with the Garcinia Cambogia until you finish the bottle. Here are the detailed instructions:

As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules of Detox Cleanse in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast with a full glass of water. If well tolerated, take an additional two (2) capsules in the evening 30 minutes before dinner with a full glass of water. It is extremely important to drink 8-12 ounces of water each time you take the Cleanse, and drink 6-8 glasses of water throughout the day. If you don’t drink enough water while taking the Cleanse, it can have the opposite effect.
