Thank goodness for Ultra-30!!!!!! Pros: This is by far the best probiotic out there. I had such a difficult time finding the right probiotics for me. I was told to take between 15-50 billion cultures. I am unable to swallow pills and either the product is too low in number or in a form that I am unable to take. This is perfect! It is 30 billion and I can easily crush it. It works like a charm. This is definitely my new staple product.**
